RGB Downscaling
I just got a old LCD projector for $20, it works great for DVD's and Sage (Actually much better then I expected). The only problem is is just supports VGA (640x480).
What I was wondering is there a cheap scan coverter that converts Higher resolutions to 640x480. I know they are out there but I can only find professional scalers, and those things are way to expensive.
Now my second choice is, running it through the S-Video which does all the scaling and get a cheap Line Doubler.
Of course if you know of a software solutions, I'm up for that.
Also any tips on improving the SageTV quality, Its kinda ruff on a 80" screen. I'm using nvdvd 2.55. I tried the Elecard decoders, but I get a error unable to register dsbviewer.ocx.
