Adding DVD Extras as TV Recordings

I have been ripping some DVD to my server. A lot of them have "Extras" that I also RIP. These extras show up under videos. I would like to lump them together under a fake name in TV Recordings. Something like "Homeland Extras".

In the past I have used BMT and just checked "SageTV Recording". I tried to do that and BMT keeps changing the type back to Movie. (Maybe because it can not find the TV show name?)

Suggestions on an easy was to do this?

Think CMT might be able to do it
Then can change the Title/Episode & Description info

I use the Sage Web server to make all metadata adjustments. I have never been able to figure out how make the other tools work.

What is the field in the Web Server to make it a SageTV Recording? I have never found it.

On the edit form, there's a checkbox under "EPGID". Next to the checkbox, it says, "Auto-Generate New EPxxx EPGID (makes it a TV file and prevents overwrites when EPG updates) "

At least on my setup, that's checked by default, and my edited imports always turn into recordings, which is exactly what I want.
