What I have come to like most about ChannelsDVR is that response to forum question by the developers is usually less than 24 hours. And bug fixes are distributed as Beta within days. You have the choice of installing or waiting for the Production release.

Yeah support is great but so is Pluto support ... got all the Bond movies ... uncensored uncut ...

If it's an issue that the developers perceive as a problem, yes, they are right there every day, especially Aman - he typically responds to issues in an hour, sometimes even just minutes. Aman's support is top notch.
