Guide missing 1 channel
I am missing 1 channel in my guide. It is the first channel on the guide 15.1. So I went in and redone the guide and selected my normal ota guide and it shows the channel I am missing there and active. So I finish source setup and go back to the guide. Channel is still missing. So I went back into sources and and created a new line up, once again 15.1 is there and has a green check mark. So I go back to guide and it is not there. When I go into channel manager it is not listed, but when I go back to the source guide it is there. How do I get that channel back into the guide. This is a new box and install
Thanks Wayne

When multiple EPG lineups exist and a given station exists in more than one lineup, the Program Guide only displays one of them. Example: Assume KTVUDT is available OTA as channel 2-1 (Station ID 19571) and is also available as KTVUDT on the cable system as channel 702 (Station ID 19571). The program guide will only show a single instance of KTVUDT, with either channel 2-1 or channel 702, but not both. This behavior is by design.
To confirm, bring up the Program Guide -> Options -> Channel Manager. Scroll thru the list to locate the station Name or Channel Number of interest. Look for something like "2 of 2 lineups". When viewing live TV via the Program Guide, Sage automagically selects which tuner to use; you have no control over this. Avoid troubleshooting problematic tuners via the Program Guide, since it frequently leads to confusion. Instead, use Setup -> Setup Video Sources.

Thanks for the info. I found them up in the 6000 numbers. I have had sage along time and don't ever remember having to do this to find my missing channels and remap them. All is good now.
Thanks Wayne
