hd300 remote
my HD300 remote's are getting a bit old and are very well used...
my worst one is the one out on the back patio (screened in, semi-weather proof(ish) kinda sorta... buttons don't always work/etc... anyway, got one of those cheapish inflatable hot tub/spa thingies... <-- completely unsatisfied with it's time traveling capabilities one day, my remote had gone missing somehow (copious amounts of alcohol were involved, but I am sure that had nothing to do with it)... found it a couple days later floating in said hot tub when removing the cover... at first the remote didn't work at all, which wasn't surprising... but a couple of days later when it had a chance to completely dry out, it was like new, all the buttons worked all the time... now, I am not saying leaving your remote in hot chlorinated water is technically a "good thing" in the long run per se, but it does seem to have some immediate benefits...  anyway, have a happy day all... and Long Live SageTV

Inflatable hot tub time machine, alcohol, and all of a sudden a brand new HD300 remote ... I think we all know what happened here
