program guide data not updating
from Setup > System Information
Software Version: SageTV V9.2.6.976 (64-bit) Java Version: 1.8.0_351 Operating System: Windows 8.1 6.3 Last EPG Update: Friday, November 18, 2022 12:01 Next EPG Update In: 0 minutes my last guide data is for 2022-11-20 17:00 MST (UTC-7) anything else I can provide to get this resolved? thanks, Rick this is a typical error from sd_epg.log Quote:

Do you have multiple installations of SageTV or Schedules Direct clients? Recent anti-piracy changes require allow one use of the account at a time.
If not, a few NextPVR users are having troubles with SD not receiving the same Internet IPV4 address from the client because the provider changes the source address which also triggers anti-piracy logic. There is nothing the client can do and SD have been looking at the problem for too long IMO. I would open a lineup ticket, SD forum posts have been useless. SageTV probably will need to implement changes to deal with this for users that do have multiple servers. There might also be errors getting SD art, AFAIK only NextPVR and EPG123 get art properly now. |

In any event, as suggested by @emveepee a few posts above, submitting a lineup ticket at your SD account page may get a resolution (yet to be seen if it's permanent). |
