Comskip not working for Unraid Java 16 container

Recently had an issue with Schedules Direct in my Stuckless Java 8 container. Tracked that down to HTTPS connection error, as the file Java used for trusted root certificate servers was empty. Upgraded to Java 16 container and my schedules work again but I'm getting an error with Comskip.

When I go into Commercial Detector settings and run a scan for recordings without comskip info, it will scan and show files as queued but will not run. I can run comskip on a file manually through the GUI. Everything worked previously in the java 8 container.

The log error is:

There was an error setting the plugin configuration value of: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.io.File.getAbsolutePath()" because "Parent" is null

System is Unraid 6.5.3, which has not changed through the container upgrades.

Anything else I can debug or other logs I should look at?

Without any logs my guess is the plugin uses Java features not supported in Java 16. I would suggest trying Java 11 container as 11 is most compatible with apps written for 8.
