Hauppauge decoder on client?
I finally bought a 250 after trying to go cheap with an AverMedia M150 and an eHome. (Long story short: The M150 works, the eHome not so much). Now I'm running the 250 in my server and wish to view on the client. Given my longstanding decoder issues (another long story, short version: can't use NvDVD), I thought I'd try the Hauppage decoder. But the installer on the CD appears to try to install the card drivers first, and fails when it discovers the card isn't there (because it's on the client). Any way round this?
