Angry Audio stops after running for random time.

SageTV stops playing and recording audio after random time. I have two tuners and it seems to only effect one at a time. I've taken the steps of removing the USB device as the website suggests and I uninstalled windows messenger but it still happens. When the audio stops there is a background beeping sound when the volume is turned up. Are there any suggestions on how to prevent this from happening?
