Can't see Imported Videos on my TV!!!

It'll be easier if i start off with the specs of my machine:
3.4 intel p4
pvr-350
sagetv VMR9/Inteo nonCSS/no 3D acc
1gig ram
ati 9700pro with the newest driver

Problem: I installed SageTv and everything is cool, liveTV, jukebox, etc... all plays correctly and displays to my TV But the imported Video, mpegs... is displayed on my computer screen and not on my tv screen. Why is that? how do i fix it? do i need to do tv out from my video card?

I hardware connection layout is:
Video > pvr-350 A/V Output connector -> Sony TV 27" S-Video
audio > pvr-350 A/V Output connector -> Computer speakers

Thanks in advance.

The 350 will only output unencrypted MPEG2. What kind of files are the imported videos?

*Assuming my mpegs are encrypted MPEG2s, what is the go-around-solution for this problem?
