Cable from sound card (3.5mm jack) to phono

I want to change my SageTV sound from PC speakers to TV speakers (TV has Scart socket).

I want to get sound output from my 2 speaker sockets on my sound card
(3.5mm mono jack, I think) to 2 phono leads.

This will pair up with my 4 pin Din to 4 pin Din giving me a picture.

Both the 2 phono sockets and the DIN will be then go through a socket to switch to the Scart socket.

(At the moment my sound goes to by PC speakers)

I can't find the relevant lead. I find lots of 3.5mm stereo jack to phono (ie 1 jack to 2 phono).
Am I looking for a Unicorn or can someone point me to a UK source?

Thanks in advance for any comments.

Desired layout:

sound card

left speaker (3.5mm din) -------------------> phono

right speaker (3.5mm din) -------------------> phono

Got:
4 pin din socket ------------------------------------> 4 pin din

What kind of soundcard do you have? I've never seen one with mono L/R miniplugs, they always have Stereo 1/8" minis, or if you've got a pro-type card, RCAs or 1/4" plugs.

Thanks for the swift reply.

I've just got a cheap and cheerful built in sound card as part of the motherboard

Oops,I meant to put 3.5mm jack in the diagram not 3.5mm din!

Will a stereo jack (with 2 phono leads) plugged into one of the 2 speaker sockets still give me stereo on the TV?

As you see very much a newbie on sound!

I'm guessing what you need is one of these:

Assuming your TV needs RCA/Phono plugs (L/R audio) it should do exactly what you want.
