The Jenson flat one is probably crap. A lot of people swear by the Zenith SilverSensor, which is very directional, but lacks a built in amp. I personally use a Radioshack 15-1880. It's one of those loop thingies w/ a built in amp.
Unfortunately a lot of antenna selection and placement is trial and error.

I agree with flashbacck. I've a couple friends with the Zenith SilverSensor that have very good results.
IRC that is what shipped with the accessDTV card. Radio Shack has one similar.
