How to change Input from composite to S-Video

How to change Input from composite to S-Video

My Setup Wizard currently has:

Hauppauge WinTV PVR PCI II Capture Composite: C-Band-USA

If I click on that line:

Input Type: Composite
Tuner Control DirecTV Serial Com2

If I change Input Type to S-Video, the Tuner Control changes to: StubDevice. Which in turn causes my IRLinc device to no longer function.

How can I solve that? If I click on the StubDevice line I get a number of options to configure infrared devices.

Do I perhaps have to remove the source and start over?

I am using a 4DTV 922.
