VHS to PC

This may be a bit of a silly question, but i have a number if videos on VHS tapes, is there a way to hook up my VCR to a Happauge 250, record the VHS to the PC and then burn it to DVD?

Thanks

Two of the easiest ways I know of are:

1) Use the software that came with the 250 (set at a DVD quality) to record your hard drive and then use Ulead Movie Factory to create/burn the DVD. Depending when you got you 250 the setup CD should have either version 2SE or version 3 of Movie Factory on it (if you haven't installed it already).

2) If you are lucky and have the newer setup CD with MF 3, then you can just go to Uleads web site and check for upgrades. They have an upgrade plug-in that will allow you to capture from the 250 and burn directly to a DVD (of course you can't edit out anything that way, just a straight copy of VHS to disk).

There are other ways though of course if you don't like the 2 I suggested.
