Missing "Post ##" in vBulletin

Other forums using vBulletin have enabled a nice feature down in the lower right of each Post. On Frey's forum, vBullein displays a "hot button" to "Report this post to a moderator" followed by another "hot button" to which says "IP: Logged". [I don't know what the latter does...]

What's missing from this list on Frey's forum is a nice little "hot button" entitled "Post ##". It is a URL to the actual Post and makes it very handy to cut/paste into other postings. So, instead of saying go to thread such-and-such in forum group this-or-that and scroll down to the Nth message, I can simply hit the "Post ##" button, then cut the URL from the Address Bar, and paste that URL into a post/email I am making. Then, the reader can simply click that URL and go straight to the Post I am referring to
(not just the thread, mind you, but the actual Post I want to specifically direct them to).

Anyway this feature can be enabled in Frey's usage of vBulletin?
