and to my amazement the new code architecture now allows us to fully (well mostly at least) manipulate windows media player right out of the box.

if you're using mlbdude's sageMC stv then you can add wmp as an additional program, call it right up from within sage and skip and play music to your hearts content.

when you're done simply hit the green power button to close wmp and sage is ready and waiting for you.

works quite nicely in the interim until we can get a more robust internal player.

also checkout the watercolor skin for wmp as it's resizable for full screen and is quite htpc friendly. with a couple of minor enhancements (for those with the skills) it could be a very good htpc skin.
