DXR3 as Video Decoder

I finally got my Dxr3 card working as my video decoder with SageTv and thanks to SHS but my audio is not in sync with my video ??? Any Idea ?

I would like to also use my Dxr3 for audio out and add an additionnal filter into sage properties but it did not show up in the available audio filters know why ?
