Best settings for dual WinTV-PVR-250MCE setup?

Can anyone recommend the best settings under detailed setup for dual WinTV-PVR-250MCE cards? I purchased the bundle from Sage. I also purchased the nvidia mpeg decoder. Any recommendations would be appreciated.
