SageTV Installations and upgrades
I was wondering what the expected behavior is for SageTV installations when done on top of an existing install. In other words does it handle uninstalling and does it keep my sage.properties, and wiz.bin files etc? I don't want to try it without asking first. Thanks.

Most people here say to make a copy of your properties files and wiz.bin file. Then do an upgrade and if everything is ok then fine. If not, copy your properties and wiz.bin files back into the SageTV install folder. Make sure Sage and the Sage service is not running.
