No Data

Hi great forum...have used a lot of time reading diff entries/threads :-)

But havenīt found something like what I have....
"No DATA" Is what I get in nearly 50% of all entries in the TvGuide in SageTv

I have installed the xmltv plugin and it works , kind of.

I am using the xmltv and tv_grab_dk, I if I look at the xml-file all the shows are in the file, just not in SageTV....If I take GB-PVR and import the xmlfile, all show is complete, no problem.

Does anybody experience something like this ?

Im using a VIA Epia MII10000 and pvr350, windows xp sp2

does anybody have same hardware with xmltv plugin working with no "No Data" in tvguide ?

Bye bye
flemming

Firstly check the EPG data...

To import, a show needs to have a stop time, and time zones (both of which are optional in the XMLTV spec, but required by the EPG plugin).

The tv_sort tool (part of xmltv) will add stop times if necessary...

xmltv tv_sort epgdata.xml epgdata_sorted.xml

Hi abnd thanks for reply.

Yes I already do run xmltv sort. I hav found a bat script that
1. Grab the website
2. xmltv sort
3. copy the file over in sagetv folder.

But it wonīt do it :-(

Later today I will try to check the xml file for start/stop times to see if that is the problem, however the exact same file do work in numerous other pvr-programs...(damm if only the same error was in others programs :-) )

Thanks

The Sage XMLTV EPG plugin is a bit more sensitive than some other programs' XMLTV importers

You could also try using the plugin tester to try an import outside of sage... http://forums.sage.tv/forums/showpos...0&postcount=10
