EPG is Incomplete

The EPG is incomplete. It is not picking up channels 200-300.
I have selected the proper zipcode and service tier. I'm sure of it.

Did you enable those channels in the Channel Setup? On initial setup Sage doesn't typically default to enabling ALL the channels. They expect you to go through and choose which channels you want and which you don't.

For example, I had to add/enable all my premium channels (HBO, Showtime, etc.) and disable all the shopping channels.

I did "Enable All Channels" because I get every channel Cox Digital Cable offers.

Are the channels not listed in the LiveTV Guide at all, or are they just listing "No Data"? Some people's EPGs seem to update the entire list faster than others & I don't know why.

Are the channels in the 200-300 range repeats of some other channels? If so, they will be listed only once, perhaps under the other channel numbers.

No. They aren't shown at all.
No. They are not repeats. They are my premier movie channels.

Since they are not even appearing in your guide it sounds like Sage's cable tier information may be wrong or incomplete. Going back to channel selection, can you scroll through the list to make sure the Channels are even available to enable. If not, I would remove the source and re-add it and see if they show up now. If not, then I would contact Frey customer support.

Another thing you may want to check, is to go to Zap2it.com. And check the listings there to see if they show those channels for your line-up there. They supply the guide info to Frey, and they don't have them, then that could be the root of the problem.

Good luck.

I can tune to the channels by entering the channel numbers manually. They are listed on Zap2It.com for my area code and service tier. So, I do not know why SageTV won't pick them up in the EPG.
