Can't connect to SageTV

Have tried disabling the SP2 Firewall and have added SageTV.exe to the list of exempt programs and also enabled port 7760.

I can ping freytechnologies.com but cannot telnet to freytechnologies.com 7760.

Could not open connection to the host, on port 7760: Connect failed

This is during the setup stage where I enter my postal Code.. Tried entering nothing as well as entering the correct one...

I was down Tuesday and Wednesday. Finally got it going on Thursday. No explanation. Where you located DaveB? I'm in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex.
