Sage is not doing multiple recordings after 4.0 upgrade

I set the capture card preferences way back with 2.0. Now it is overalpping recordings and not doing a full recording. Example-I have a couple of favorites that I record, one of them was this morning. My wife decided to watch a tv show and changed the channel. Sage no longer recorded that show, there was a un-recorded section as a she was watching that channel. Its quite frustrating as this has happened before a couple of times and it is getting on my nerves since sage is not moving those recordings to the other tuners.
