Key is valid and has been stored. You now have 0 valid media extender license(s)

I have been having problems with registering my placeshifter license. I get the message : Key is valid and has been stored. You now have 0 valid license(s). Anyone have an idea what to try next ?

Make sure you close SageTV completely before entering the license on the server -- make sure SageTV is not just sleeping in the system tray & if you are using service mode, stop the service.

I closed SageTV and confirmed that there were no apps running and check thru processes. Still getting the same result. I can not unregister the key either.

I am quite confussed.

I would try rebooting & checking again, but if you are unsuccessfully registering/unregistering the Placeshifter or Extender keys on the server while SageTV is not running at all, then contact tech support for assistance.

I tried everything and key is not accepted. no idea what can i do..I installed the system to another computer and got same result.

Yep, thanks for it, but still problem, cause now it accepts the key, but the program stay unregistered. there is valid placeshifter licence, but program shows the trial period. Strange....
