Time Shift HDHomeRun QAM

I am using a HDHomeRun to decode QAM and record .ts streams.
I am able to playback the ts files on my server.
I can skip forward or reverse or start the playback from anywhere in the file.
If I try to play the same .ts file in Placeshifter and try to skip forward, the playback will always jump to the beginning of the file.
When I use Placeshifter for these files I can only play them from the beginning, I am not able to jump around in the file.
If I open these files in VLC they playback fine and I am able to move anywhere in the file.
Has anyone else experienced this issue with Placeshifter.

I Have had a placeshifter licence for a while and decided to use it. Installed last night and got this same issue.

I also have a HDHR. Recordings made downstairs, I cannot move within the recorded program up in the office. The bar shows the the program should be at the end or half way through, but it will only start at the start of the file and I cannot move within the program.

Did a search within this thread but this was the only one that came back.

I attached a movie clip of what happens inside the zip file.
-I open a movie,
-For 1 seceond I will see green in the bar, then it zipps across and is grey.
-The movie starts at the beginning.
-I wait a while then try to move within movie, I seent the green as to where I moved to.
-Then the movie goes back to the beginning and the status bar goes to the end of the show.

So I can watch the whole show if I want, but I cannot move within the show... doing so takes me back to the beginning.
