License - Extender vs Placeshifter
My very first post!

Is one license good for both Media Extender (i.e. MediaMVP) and Placeshifter?

I know one license = one concurrent session.

It's only me so it's not likely that I will be using Placeshifter and my MediaMVP at the same time.

I didn't know if I need one unique license to activate Placeshifter, and a separate unique license to activate Media Extender.

One is enough as long as both the extender and placeshifter aren't running simultaneously.

You just need to power off the MVP from the Remote before connecting with Placeshifter...if you forgot to turn it off and are away from home trying to use placeshifter, you might have some trouble!
