Overclocking CPU - problems with PCI-E

I'm currently running my new e4300 in a p5b-e board at 2.7Ghz without problems, almost without problems: the cheapo Geforce 6800 I bought for the server doesn't get recognized anymore. The board comes with a software package that allows to adjust the PCI-E bus in case of overclocking - how can I find out how to adjust the PCI-E bus for my purposes?
