Really random problems...

so sage has really started acting weird lately.

Out of the blue, it's decided that it doesn't want to recognize any of my license or client keys. I can input my license key and it will recognize my license, but I still constantly get reminders that safe isn't free and it needs to be purchased and such. My client keys won't be recognized at all.

Also, sage is randomly adding channels into my lineup that weren't there previously.

All this started after the other day when I opened up sage and it was running really erratically, stuttering and such.

Did you recently update or install any software?

What version of SageTV are you running? Do you own v4 and just recently upgraded to v6? Version 6 requires an upgrade key for the server if you originally purchased a version before v5.

If that isn't it and doing a complete reinstall of SageTV doesn't resolve it, then you'll have to contact SageTV tech support because they are the only ones who can help with license issues. When reinstalling, don't forget: get rid of the existing properties fiels and their autobackup copies.

I updated the version of sage I was running probably two weeks ago due to weird issues with losing a connection with the mvp's. Been running fine since then until just a day or two ago.

When I upgraded, it was from Sage v6.something rather
