mediamvp server boots up with winxp

I finally got MVP to play mp3 & movies
BUT
I had to format drive then install and get working mediamvp's server.
I can start and stop with their controls
But it never remembers that I turned it off when windows start again
I even deleted the start.bat file. It still starts up with windows.
I even put a shortcut in window's start programs/startup to stop.bat
but that did not help. I looked for run with regedit but
mvpstart.exe still is in processes.
HELP!
mediamvpsetup_3.2.24125b.exe is what I downloaded and installed.

Thanks,
Ray

Hi. Are you trying to use this with sage? If so, you do not need the MVP or hauppauge software and should uninstall it. You also need to enable the extender in the sage server's detailed setup. Then, when you either plug in the MVP, or turn it on--it will connect to your sage server and load up sage on the mvp.

Thanks,
That is what I did from a clean install of windows then sagetv.
MVP just refused to play mp3s.
I got everything working the way I needed, except for mediamvp server
have to be manuall shut off. I am backing up now and then will
uninstall mediamvp's software ant try that.
Thanks,
Ray
