Can anyone tell me what DGIndex.dll is/does? It's crashing...
UPDATE: RESOLVED (I think)... newer version of comskip was the problem. see last post in thread.
Last night I started seeing a new error... The DGIndex.dll was crashing, but I am not sure what part of my setup it has to do with so I thought I would ask real quick if anyone knows. I searched the forum, but it was inconclusive. It might have something to do with playing a DVD and the decoders, etc. But I am not sure... Can anyone help me fill in some blanks? Thanks.

It seems to be part of...
An Mpeg decoder suite (unless you use DGMPGDEC)
Have you recently installed one of the all-in-one decoder packs ? Lets start there... |

nope... I installed on e along time ago, but uninstalled it. It did, however, just start using the DVD player in SageTV and had to change some of the video and audio settings to work. I selected the Hauppauge decoders, and it worked, but I think the error happened before that.

Well, it seems that the crash coincides with a crash of comskip.exe. I wonder which is causing which...

RESOLVED (I think) Well... I installed an older version of comskip over my current installation and the error seems to have gone away. Not sure if I 'broke' my installation of the .98 update of comskip or not, but the older version .79 works just fine for now.
