Using Sage video recompression on HD recordings - lost voice channels

Is anyone having trouble using the built in compression settings on HD recordings? I just got an HDHomerun, and my recording of My Name Is Earl has no voice audio. I'm wondering if this is due to the autocompression which was done at MPEG4-High Quality AVI. Anyone else experience this?

edit: I just compressed an episode of The Office with the MPEG4 HDTV High Quality settings, and also lost audio.
