ATI Radeon Help

I have a new Video card that I am using with SageTV. I'm having trouble getting it to work in the way that I think it should....

The card is a ATI Radeon 2400PRO HD. In theory it should be an awesome card for HTPC.

What I Don't Know with this card is how to set up the driver / encoder to take advantage of the hardware acceleration of MPEG2 decoding. I've successfully configured a couple of NVIDIA cards, so I kinda know all the tricks there. On my nvidia cards when I am watching a local channel in HD, CPU usage is usually around 3-5%. This is with the Nvidia Purevideo Decoder installed.

So now that I'm in ATI world - what do I need to do? Is there an equivalent to the Nvidia PureVideo Decoder that I need to install to take advantage of hardware acceleration? Is there some setting buried somewhere to turn on DXVA? Please help!

The pic quality is very nice with the card, but CPU usage on the same channel as above with the ATI card is around 30%. This HAS to mean that software is doing the decoding......
