Recorded shows grouping
I currently have about 80 favorites. 99% of the shows we record are done thru favorites.
It would be nice to have an attribute added to a favorite like "Group". Example groups would be "Kid shows", "Family shows", "Sports shows" .. what ever someone wanted to define. When a show is recorded, the show is tagged with the group from the favorite that triggered its recording. The goal would be to allow my son to come in and view shows for the group "kids shows" ... etc. Or when we sit down as a family to see shows from the group "Family shows" It seems there is a concept of a playlist, but it does not seem to be useful. How are others doing this efficiently?

If you enable the "secret extras" and use the Malore-style menus, you can create custom views that filter and/or sort by category or rating.
