Live TV feezes at end of every show

When I'm watching live TV on the client (Sage 6.19) at the end of every show the video and audio freezes. If I press stop twice then go back into the guide and select any channel it works again. But the video and audio freezes again at the end of the show. Any help is appreciated. THANX!

Try these settings, they fixed the same exact problem I was having.

seeker/fast_mux_switch=false
videoframe/safe_fast_file_switching=false
videoframe/fast_file_switching=false

Hope this helps.

I set these to false:
seeker/fast_mux_switch=false
videoframe/safe_fast_file_switching=false

And it helps but it still freezes for about two seconds then contiunes playing. Sometimes the new show jitters.

I don't see videoframe/fast_file_switching=false in the Sage properties file. What is it for? THANX!

I have no idea what it does, but it was given to me by tech support.

Mine also hangs for a few seconds between programs but I have learned to live with it.

I have however noticed that my live tv will start to sputter for lack of a better word. I simply tune to another channel and then it stops.

I have also been noticing audio dropouts with the new version of the software, I initially thought it was due to a bad HD in my server, but I replaced it and noticed that the client dropped the audio one time today, maybe a fluke?

The setting was in my sageclient properties file not on the server.

Anyone else care to chime in.

P.S I LOVE SAGETV! Keep up the good work!!

P.S. I have an Nvidia 7800 AGP video card in my client unit.
