Remote extender options
Can't wait to purchase a couple of HD Extender. Currently my PC client sits in a closet with the USB-remote receiver going through the wall to the viewing room.

I will be replacing the PC client with the HD extender. Are there any cheap solutions for extending the remote range ?

Why not just put the extender in the room with the remote?

It's the bedroom. My wife wants nothing to be visible in the bedroom.

I think you just need some sort of infrared repeater.
