SageTV HD Media Extender Questions

I've never used an extender before and realized I had a few questions concerning the new SageTV HD Media Extender ...

1 - Would it work when connected to a Wireless Bridge? And how well?

2 - Can you use Dynamic Menus with the extender?

3 - Can you use Girder? I like remote control macros ...

4 - What about STV's, STVi's?

5 - How does it work with my Motorola HD Cable Box fromTime Warner?

No idea.

Don't see why not, see 4.

Nope, Girder runs on the PC, the extender does the IR processing directly.

Of course

Same way SageTV does, it's just a client.

I am going to convert my Wireless G to N anyway and wondered if that would work. Maybe someone else who has had the HD Extender can tell me??

You could always join the group of people talking on the other side of the room: Will a Bridge work to make Extender wireless?
