Any chance someone from Sage could post some details of what updates are in the new firmware or why it would be necessary to update versus using it as is and waiting till after the holidays to update ?

Mine just got delivered by UPS. Unpacked it and there is a note right on top of the box saying to update right away. But, I'm a bit nervous based on this thread.

Can someone post the recovery procedure ? Would be nice to have before beginning the update process.

I was "brave" and updated my firmware. No issues at all!

My firmware upgrade has been stopped at 96% for about 30 mins now. It was going along slowly but now it's just stuck.

I went ahead and power cycled it and it came back up on the new firmware. So I guess it was done even though it said it wasn't.
