Compress to---> iPod Touch and iphone [No Support]

I was trying to convert my HDTV 16x9 videos to iPod Touch format. However, there's only the old ipod formats shown in the things to select from; which dont have the right aspect ratio / resolution.

Can someone tell me how to add the correct formats to my list? I need one for high quality and one for low.

You can adjust the br and maxrate to decrease file size.

These settings do not work with ipod touch 2nd gen, itunes does not consider the files as valid.
