Playback Exception with HD Extender

I am receiving an error dialog with my HD Extender that says:
"There was a Playback Error in playback. Details: sage.PlaybackException"
This behavior started after I attempted to play a 1080p Quicktime file, but now happens if I attempt to play anything.

Any ideas?

Power it off completely from the switch in the back and try playing something other than that file.

I have been getting these constantly, DVD pplayback get it once, then try playing again and the movie plays.

Won't play HD at all unless that is the first thing I playback coming out of standby, then everything else is broke (DVD, SD).

Switching from music playback to video will do this as well, playback exception, hit ok, press stop, try playing again and the video plays.

Thoughts?

I am going to check on my server, it has been running smoothly for about 2 years but there may be some trash on there that is causing problems.

I am getting the sage.playbackException error too but I have a brand new unit and it gives me that when I try to play standard def OR HD channels. I dont believe it has anything to do with my server though as I have a standard MVP sitting on top of this one and I just swung the cables over to the new STX. Worked flawlessly on my MVP. Ideas?
