DVD not playing ERROR (-8,0x2)

I am trying to play a DVD (bought from a store, not made at home!) using the Sage TV client. From the Media Center I select Play DVD and get the following error:

There was a DVD Error in plackback. Details: sage.PlaybackExecption: ERROR (-8,0x2): There is a problem playing the DVD content due to Macrovision or CSS.

I did a Google search for this error message and got not results. Can anyone suggest what to look for?

Thanks,

Dainis

You need a decoder that can play back the DVD, the built-in Sage decoder can not decode retail protected DVDs.

Options include installing the nVidia purevideo decoder ($20), or using the decoder that comes with the PowerDVd or WinDVD DVD player software packages.

you installed the codec, but did you tell Sage to use the Purevideo decoder for DVD playback?

Setup>Detailed Setup>DVD>DVD Video Decoder Filter. If set to default, it may not be using the Purevideo decoder. Try manually setting it to Purevideo and see if that works.
