Channel Lineup - Not All Channels Showing

I am running Sage version 6.2.

I have Verizon Fios (Washingtion Metro - Herndon VA) selected as my channel lineup when I go to Setup > Video Source > Channel Setup.

In that menu, I can see many channels that do show up (with the green dot next to them) that do not show when I try to view via Program Guide (80 - CNN; 84 - MSNBC; etc.).

Any ideas why these channels are not showing up via the Program Guide, and what can I do to get them to show up? I can see them if I use my FIOS remote to change the channel, but that's not an option just using the Sage TV controls.

Thanks in advance.

In the SageTV PDF manual, check the note starting at the bottom of the page for the Program Guide section of chapter 3 -- p. 46 for v6.3; should be around there for v6.2.

See if that explanation covers it.

OK that wasn't the problem, as I only have one video source, but I was able to get it fixed.

FIOS has the same channel name under the "standard" channels, and then again under La Conexion, the Spanish Language channels. If the channels are selected under La Conexion, they don't show under their "standard" slots. Turning off these Spanish language channels made them appear in their "standard" place.

I had this problem years ago and had it fixed, but had to reinstall Sage (and WinXP, fwiw) and it looks like the fix didn't translate to the new install.

Thanks for the help.
