Weird blue stripe on TV

Hi all,
I've been using Sage for awhile and I have a couple of weird display problems on my TV(65" Projection, 1080i, DVI).

Whenever I play LiveTV (SD or HD) or My Videos, I get a 3 inch glowing blue stripe across the top. It looks like a blue halo and it's transparent. (I don't get this when I play a Blu-Ray movie using PowerDVD.)
1. First thought was it was a TV tuner. But I have 3 and the chances of all three being "bad" are slim to none.

2. I thought maybe it was the media coder. I tried the default, Powerdvd, and the NVIDIA PureVideo Decoder. No luck.

3. Tried overscanning and it didn't work either.

4. Tried reinstalling latest SageTV but the blue transparent line is still there.

I entered a support ticket for this as it is really annoying me.

Ok, I finally figured this one out....

I have 2 displays set as extended. When I open up SageTV on display 2(monitor), and move it over to display 1(TV) I get the blue halo line.

If I control the mouse on the TV and double click on the SageTV icon on the desktop, I don't get the blue halo line!
