Haven't Recieved Software

Dear Fellow Users,

I purchased the SageTV Media Center Saturday and entered in the wrong email address and never received a confirmation email with the download links. I tried support & sales but as of yet haven't receive a reply. Does anyone know how I can in contact with someone to correct the problem?

You can contact support or use the email link on the SageTV store.

But, check your spam folders to see if any email from SageTV was put there; that's what happens most of the time when people say they haven't gotten their license or an email reply. (But, give support a couple days to respond.)

The software can be downloaded from the SageTV site -- see my sig lines for direct links. The license from your purchase is what you need from SageTV.

Thanks Andy. I know I entered in the wrong address I notice it on the confirmation page and attempted to correct it but was unsuccessful. I downloaded the software a couple of weeks ago and wanted to do a little customizing - but I’ll wait.

Again, thanks for the quick reply.
