HDTV Hardware Lists Question

I would like to know what equipment I would need for 4 Tv's all having HD through sage. I am trying to justify this and keep coming back to renting the dvr's from my cable provider. I have been using Sage now for about 2 years with 4 extenders. During that time I have had a Motorola Dual tuner HD box on 1 tv. I rented 1 more box to tune standard def tv to sage, 4 tuners in the pc total. I bought 1 Tivo hd to try out for a month against my motorola box. I already have 2 cablecards sitting in lcd tv's that I can pop into the Tivo.

If you want a solution which will record everything basically you'll need:

Hauppauge HD PVR (one for each HD channel you want to record simultaneously)
HD Cable Box for each HD PVR.
HD Extender or HTPC for each TV.

That is getting into a very pricey setup!

Ps: what kind of computer hardware to handle that setup for 3 tv's?

Shouldn't really need anything special, the extenders and HD PVR do all the hard work.
