How do I capture Video
I have installed SageTV with a TV tuner card which works just fine. I also have a Plextor M402U video capture device. Both of these devices are setup as sources in SageTV.
Now, I want to record some video using the M402U. How the heck do I set SageTV to record from that device vs. the TV tuner?  Tom

It can be done with Sage by setting up a dummy channel lineup on that source and using a timed recording to capture video from one of those dummy channels. But for things like transferring VHS to your PC, it's probably simpler to use the software that came with your device.

That's what I was afraid of. I do have other software that will capture video from it. So I guess that's the solution.
