Reset Watched Shows

Hi.

Is there a way to reset all watched shows for a particular series?

For example, let's say I watched all Star Trek shows so SageTV wont record them again. Is there a way to reset it only for Star Trek so that all re-runs will be recorded when they come on again?

Not sure about the default STV, but it's a menu option in SageMC. Go to the series settings (aka favorites) and click the "Reset Watched" button on the left.

I've also found Nielm's webserver to be MUCH better at managing recordings, favorites, and setting/resetting status than either the Sage or SageMC UI's.

The default STV has several ways to do it. One of them is on page 45 of the manual.

Just to make sure we are talking about the same thing.

If I select "Clear All Watched", won't that simply mark my current watched recordings as Non watched?

What I want to do, is for shows that I already watched and removed from SageTV to have SageTV re-record them when they show again.

So if I watched all Star Trek shows and deleted them from SageTV, will setting theh "Cear All Watched" make it so that SageTV re-records all Star Trek shows as they come out?

The manual says:

The right column of options is available for any group of airings, recordings, or imported videos.

That includes the "Past Airings" group in the Additional Airings or Search Results screen.
