Multiple Recording or Guide Views?

Definite newbie here, and I'm trying to get everything setup to the point that my wife won't start missing our Tivo's.

Is there anyway to have an extender specific view or channel lineup?

Specifically the problem I'm trying to resolve is having a child friendly line-up and a list of of child friendly recordings on one of my extenders. Today I have a standalone Tivo connected to the kids TV in the basement which only shows about a dozen or so channels and all of the recordings are from those channels only. I'm hoping to duplicate this experience using SageTV and an extender.

I know that I can restrict what my child sees using the Parental Controls. It would just be nice if she didn't have to sift through all of the programing that she's not allowed to watch.

You can customize the different views on the SageTV Recordings screen; it might work to limit one view to certain children's categories.

The List of available customizations has a Favorite Channel List somewhere in the list. I think you can use that to customize the channels shown in the guide.
