DVD audio dropping out on HD100

After upgrading to the 6.4.2 beta (server and HD100) I am seeing the Audio drop out in DVDs during playback on the HD100. This will happen 3-5 times during the course of a DVD. To get the audio back I just FF for a sec and hit play.

I have not tried playing back a DVD on a standard client so I'm not sure if this issue is isolated to the HD100.

I've submitted a bug report. Is anyone else seeing this behavior?

HC

This will be fixed in the next beta. For now you can simply press pause then play.

I'm having a similar problem with HD recordings that have been compressed to avi x264 files. Could this be the same issue?

The fix is specific to DVD playback.

You shouldn't be using an AVI container for H.264 video. AVI isn't designed for such an advanced compression.

I am having this problem when using ether the HD100 or the HD200 while watching a DVD. I already tried swapping optical cables and even audio recievers. Is anyone else still having this problem? I am running SagTV version 6.5.14.210 on the server.
