Tuning Dish 311's

Okay, so Dish Network has been installed at my house and I ordered (and it arrived) a USB-UIRT. Unfortunately, it is not changing the channels on my STB's. The installer set all 3 of my boxes (two 311's and 1 622?) to seperate ID codes which is great, but after teaching Sage the codes, it still doesn't work. I downloaded a program from the forums here (can't remember the names) that will learn the IR codes and allow you to turn around and send them, and that works just fine. If I teach it 1, and then tell it to send 1, sure enough I can see in Sage that a 1 is passed to the 311. Next I tried to take the output from that program and copy it into the IR file in Sage, yet it still does't work....grrrrr....

Long story short, anyone got any ideas?

I found a couple of IR codes for what I thnk are the 311's on this board and I might try those, but just in case anyone want to sure their 311 IR codes that are working? Preferrably someone with different IR codes set for each box.
