How to get HD100 to display 480i composite?

I normally have my HD100 connected via HDMI to my HDTV, before that it was set to do 1080i over component. I believe it's setup to only output 1080i right now. I've gone on vacation and taken it with me to try out the placeshifter feature, but the TV I'm connecting to requires a composite connection. I can't get the unit to display a picture via composite I get nothing, but snow. Is there any way to switch the unit back to doing 480i over composite without connecting it to a HDTV and going into the setup menu? If there is will resetting it also reset my other settings such as the servers I have setup. I ask because I don't have my locator ID with me.

Did you bring the HD100's printed manual with you?

Hopefully, you have the remote -- use the Video Out button towards the bottom of the HD100's remote until you see output on the TV. You may need to wait for a few seconds after each press. (p. 3)

I stopped using locater ID in favor of FQDN.

Thanks Opus, it has been so long since I've manually changed the resolution via remote I had forgotten it was possible.
